Order Issues & Damages
Please inspect your parcel upon delivery.
If your product arrives damaged, leaking, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at hello@bondi-blooms.com.au with your order number and photos.
We will replace or refund faulty or damaged products at no cost to you.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are correct at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect address may incur re-shipping fees.
