Bondi Blooms Refunds & Returns Policy
Return requests are handled in line with the provisions of the Australian Consumer Law.
If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will always work with you to make it right. For change-of-mind returns, we offer limited returns on unopened items as outlined below.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items (Free Returns)
If your item is faulty, damaged in transit, or you receive the wrong product, we will offer a replacement or refund and cover the cost of return shipping where required.

If your return is accepted due to a fault or damage, we will provide instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label. Items sent back to us without first contacting us may not be accepted.
Change of Mind Returns
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind.
For change of mind, we accept returns on a limited basis, subject to all of the following conditions:

You contact us within 30 days of receiving your order

The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

The product and packaging are in resaleable condition
For change-of-mind returns:

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer

Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll let you know if your return has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

Products that have been opened, sprayed or used

Fragrances or beauty items that have been tested or partially used

Custom, promotional or clearance items

Gift cards

Please include your order number and details of your request. Our customer care team will provide instructions on how and where to send your item, if applicable.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email to confirm approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, as processing times may vary between banks and payment providers.
